What You Need to Know
- The promotion will commence Monday June 1, 2009 at 12:01am and will conclude Friday July 31, 2009 at 11:59pm.
- The prize is five nights accommodation for two adults and two children on Hamilton Island. Return airfares from your nearest capital city, reef view single room accommodation, buffet breakfast each morning and transfers. Total value of prize $3,500. Subject to change and availability.
- To be eligible customers must book and complete their residential move between Monday June 1, 2009 and Friday July 31, 2009. A valid MiniMovers booking number is required to enter and entries must be submitted online at www.minimovers.com.au/misc/competition_hamilton_holiday.asp. One entry is valid per-booking number, per-person. Employees and their immediate families of the promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible.
- The prize is not redeemable for cash and non transferable.
- The prize winner must book and complete the holiday before January 31, 2010.
- The random prize draw will be held at Shop 12 Elizabeth Street Shopping Centre Acacia Ridge Queensland 4110 on Monday August 3, 2009 at 10am.
- The winner will be determined through a computer generated selection.
- The winner will be notified in writing to the delivery address specified on the customers booking confirmation letter. Details of the draw will be published in The Age, Sydney Morning Herald & The Courier Mail on Saturday August 8, 2009. The prize winner will also be published on the MiniMovers Website at www.minimovers.com.au/misc/competition_hamilton_holiday.asp.
- The prize winner will have three (3) months from the date of notification to collect their prize or make other arrangements.
- If the prize winner has not made contact with the promoter within the three (3) month period and the promoter has made every possible effort to make contact with the winner, the promoter has the right to deny the winner the prize and a redraw will be conducted.
